3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed contractor in the state of Florida (where applicable)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain valid business insurance
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Responsibilities

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your contact and business information up to date
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

5. Appointment and Credit Policy

Our 100% Credit Policy includes the following terms:

• Appointments are pre-confirmed with homeowners who have expressed interest in contractor services
• If an appointment does not meet quality standards, you may request a credit or replacement
• Credit requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
• Valid reasons for credit include: no-show by homeowner, wrong contact information, or homeowner not a decision-maker
• Credits are issued at our sole discretion based on our quality verification process

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Pricing is determined by your selected service package and service area
• Payment is due according to your billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and ACH payments
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Contractor Conduct

Contractors using our services agree to:

• Treat all homeowners with professionalism and respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate quotes and honor pricing commitments
• Maintain all required licenses and insurance
• Not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share or resell appointment information to third parties
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm homeowners or our staff
• Misrepresent your business or credentials

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Home Pro Appointments / Lead Pilot USA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Pro Appointments and Lead Pilot USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
